In compliance with TEA outdoor graduation guidelines and current safety and health restrictions in place to protect against the spread of COVID-19, CCISD has instituted the following measures and requests that all graduates, guests and staff adhere to these requirements:

1. Graduates, guests and staff will be required to complete and submit the Self-Health Assessment (located on the other side of the entry ticket or student pass) prior to entry into the stadium.
2. Graduates will be seated on the field spaced 6 feet apart.
3. Graduates will be provided face coverings for use during the ceremony.
4. Guests are asked to bring and wear their own personal face coverings while entering and exiting the stadium and when locating your seat or restrooms.
5. Guests and family members of the same household may sit together in the bleachers but must be at least 6 feet away from any other family group at all times. The bleachers will be marked off for easier positioning. 
6. The medically fragile or aging population who are most at risk of contracting COVID-19 are asked to please stay home and enjoy the ceremony via Livestream at www.ccisd.net. 

Please:

• No Large Bags/Backpacks
• No Balloons or Large Signs
• No Real or Artificial Noisemakers/Air horns

 The Texas Education Agency (TEA) released explicit requirements for school districts to address COVID-19 public health concerns for outdoor ceremonies. Click here to view the TEA's report, pages 4-5. 

Stadium Entry Schedule
For Evening Ceremonies:
Stadium Parking Lot Gates Open at 6:00 p.m. and Guests may enter the stadium concourse as follows: 
Red & Green Lots: 7:00 p.m.
Yellow & Blue Lots: 7:15 p.m.
Graduates must be in their seats no later than 7:45 p.m. 

For Morning Ceremonies:
Stadium Parking Lot Gates Open at 7:15 a.m. Guests are asked to park in the Green lot, enter through Gates 1 and 2, and sit on the Home side bleachers. 
Graduates must be in their seats no later than 7:45 a.m. and will enter through the Green field-level gate.

Stadium Exit Plan
Guests and students will be dismissed in a staggered fashion. Refer to exit instructions as announced over the PA system and on the video board.

Please note that in the case of inclement weather, the graduation ceremony may be delayed until storms pass. The District relies on the forecast advice from area meteorologists and sophisticated weather applications. If the ceremony can be held within reasonable time of the scheduled start, the District will notify families via text message and phone calls of a delay. 

However, if this is not possible, the ceremony will be held on one of the two Rain Dates at CCISD Challenger Columbia Stadium:
