Emergency Communication Test
Scheduled for Wednesday, October 27, 2021
at 4:30 p.m.
The Clear Creek Independent School District Office of Communications will be conducting an emergency communication test on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of this test is to ensure all staff, families, community members and local media have access to information in the event of a real school emergency.
CCISD Parents
Prior to October 27, 2021, please log into your Skyward Family Access account to make sure the phone numbers on file are correct. If changes are needed, you may enter them directly into the system. This action must be taken no later than October 26, 2021, to make sure the system updates in time for the emergency test.
If you do not currently receive text messages from Clear Creek ISD and would like to receive emergency communication via SMS text messaging, send a text which says “Y” or “Yes” or “Opt-in” or “Subscribe” to 67587. The cell phone number must have been on record in Skyward Family Access.
CCISD Students (Grades 6-12)
A parent may register their student’s cell phone number to receive emergency text messages in grades 6-12. Parents may do this by clicking on “Online Forms” in their Skyward Family Access Account. Make sure you inform your child as he or she will need to accept the text message invitation which will be sent within 48 hours of registration. *This communication tool will only be used to provide students important instructions.
CCISD Employees
All CCISD employees must have their cell phone number entered in the cell phone field of their Employee Access Account to receive emergency text messages. Please review your information prior to October 27, 2021. There may be times when emergency messages are directed to only employees which is why it is recommended for employees who are also parents in Clear Creek ISD to have registered as both a parent and an employee.
Local Media
Local media representatives who would like to opt-in to receive emergency communication via email and text, may do so by filling out this form
