Wireless Access

Free WiFi
Free WiFi is available for use on all campuses!

All district devices connect automatically to the CCISD wireless network.

Students and staff should always utilize the CCISD wireless network as their preferred option.

Personal devices can also be used to connect to the CCISD wireless network, but will not have the same level of network access as a district device. Students and staff should use the same username and password they use to log in to a district device when connecting to the CCISD wireless network.
Note: when network upgrades are complete, older devices using 2.4GHz WiFi will not be able to connect. If you're unsure if your device is compatible, please see the campus technician for help.

All guests or visitors should use the CCISD-VISITOR wireless network.

Directions to connect to CCISD-VISITOR:

  1. First, select CCISD-VISITOR from the list of available wireless networks and select "Connect."
  2. Once your device is connected to the CCISD-VISITOR network, you will be redirected to a web form to either register for an account, or to enter a currently valid visitor login.
  3. To register an account, click the black button labeled "Register a Local Account."
  4. Fill out all information, including a valid mobile phone number with carrier to receive the username and password for the temporary account. You will also need to click the "I accept the terms of use" box and then click "Register."
