To qualify for meal benefits, a parent/guardian must complete a meal benefits application. Please only complete one application per household. Applications may be completed online at https://mealbenefits.ccisd.net. Please use the following link for detailed instructions on completing the online application: How to Apply Online. Paper applications are handed out by request only. To request a paper application, please call (281) 284-0700.
A new application must be completed each school year. Students who participated in the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Program in Clear Creek ISD during the previous school year will continue to receive the same benefits for the first thirty (30) school days of the new school year or until a new application has been processed. After the first thirty (30) days, if a new application has not been received and processed, the student will return to full-pay status.
Free and Reduced-Price Meal Applications may take up to 10 operating days to process. Online Meal Application processing may result in a faster response. Parents will be notified by letter once the application has been processed. Students not on the free or reduced-price meal program will be charged for all meals until the meal application is processed.
**Secondary students, who participate in the Free and Reduced-Price Meal Program, may use their meal benefits by purchasing a Meal Deal. A Meal Deal consists of a specific Entree and up to 2 Add-Ons. Information on specific items can be found on our Menu Boards (located in the cafeterias), our Menus page or by downloading the mobile app.
