FALL 2021 PAPER FLYER DISTRIBUTION


CCISD welcomes 501(c)3 and CCISD-related organizations to distribute paper flyers to families of elementary families for the fall of 2021.

THERE WILL BE NO FEE TO DISTRIBUTE FLYERS FOR THE FALL 2021 CYCLE.

Fall Paper Flyer Distribution Timeline

Paper Flyer Request Window: August 20 – September 3, 2021
Non-Profit Organizations Deliver Flyers to Elementary Campuses: September 7 - September 10, 2021
Campuses Distribute Flyers to Students: September 13 – September 17, 2021

Paper Flyer Distribution Process

Please follow the NEW instructions below to submit your flyer for review and approval:

  1. SUBMIT REQUEST E-MAIL: 

    Send an e-mail, with a pdf or jpg of your flyer as an attachment, to information@ccisd.net.
    At the bottom of your organization’s flyer, please include the following disclaimer statement in BOLD UPPERCASE letters:
    “NEITHER THIS ORGANIZATION NOR THIS EVENT IS SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR OTHERWISE AFFILIATED WITH CLEAR CREEK ISD.”

    1. In the subject line of the e-mail please enter “Paper Flyer Request: (Organization Name)”
    2. In the body of your e-mail, please include:
      1. Organization Name:
      2. Contact Name:
      3. E-Mail Address (if different than the one from which you are submitting the form)
      4. Which elementary schools you plan to distribute flyers. (If you plan to distribute to all 27 elementary campuses, just type “ALL ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS.”)
    3. Please also attach to the e-mail PROOF OF 501 (c) status: FOR ALL 501(c)3 ORGANIZATIONS, attach a copy of your organization's 501(c)3.
      PLEASE NOTE:
      1) Only an active 501(c)3 designation letter from the State Comptroller or the IRS Determination Letter can be accepted as proof of 501(c)3 status.  
      2) The 501(c)3 must be in the name of the organization holding the event, or provide proof of DBA.

  2. APPROVAL/DENIAL OF REQUEST:
    1. You will receive an e-mail reply from information@ccisd.net approving or denying your request based on the criteria above.
    2. CCISD will send a listing of approved organizations, to our campus leaders, of who will be bringing flyers to their schools.

  3. DELIVER FLYERS TO CCISD ELEMENTARY CAMPUSES: Printing and delivering flyers, which need to be divided into stacks of 25,is the sole responsibility of the 501(c)3 organization. Please drop off flyers the week of September 7 – September 10, 2021 preferably between the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Please do not bring your flyers any earlier than the designated date of September 7 and anything delivered past September 10 is subject to campus refusal. (Distribution of paper flyers to students will be the week of September 13-17.)
