Want to take a deep dive into the fitness world? Now's your chance. Learn how to do a variety of different exercises/drills that will keep you in shape and on the move without having to go to the gym. Stretch yourself into different letters and shapes or come up with your own personal yoga poses. There is no better time than now to keep your body healthy!

CCISD strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. Your student should be in good physical condition to be able to participate. Before beginning this or any exercise program, please consult your healthcare provider for appropriate exercise prescription and safety precautions. If at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a physician.
