District Education Improvement Committee (DEIC)

The mission of the Clear Creek Independent School District, the leader in visionary education, is to ensure that each student discovers and develops his or her unique talents and interests while realizing personal success and positively impacting their world through a new system distinguished by integrity, meaningful relationships, personalized learning, achievement, and a continuing commitment to Courage, Collaboration, Innovation, and Self-Direction.

District Education Improvement Committee

The DEIC Committee is involved in establishing and reviewing the District's educational goals, objectives, and major district classroom instructional programs. This includes planning, preparing and reviewing the District Improvement Plan. 

The DEIC currently has openings for the following since the previous member has reached his or her term limit:

  • Three elementary parents
  • One high school parent
  • One community member (representative must reside in the District)

The District Education Improvement Committee will meet on the following dates:

  • Tuesday, October 5, 2021
  • Tuesday, November 2, 2021
  • Tuesday, December 7, 2021
  • Tuesday, February 8, 2022
  • Tuesday, March 29, 2022 

    *Dates are subject to change.
All meetings will begin at 4:30 pm in Community Rooms A & B at Challenger Columbia Stadium.
