itslearning won’t log one student off so the sibling can log on

Please try the following options:

  • Restart the computer if closing and reopening the browser doesn’t work.
  • Clear the cache in the browser (When you browse through the internet and visit different sites, your browser saves several contents and data in temporary storage. This temporary storage is called "cache".) When you clear the cache you will clear all saved passwords and other info too, so use this as a last resort. In Chrome, press ctrl+shift+delete
  • Go incognito. A New Incognito Window 'forgets' the first child. In Chrome, hold “Ctrl Shift N” or click on the three dots on the top right-hand corner and select “New incognito window”. On Edge, hold “Ctrl Shift P” or click on the three dots on the top right-hand corner and select “New In Private window”

4. iPads do not scroll in an itslearning page when using the app

Use Google Chrome or safari on the iPad and log in through the SSO portal using the browser--not the app.

5. GoMath and ThinkCentral links are not working properly

Tell the students to open ThinkCentral from the portal first, then go back to the portal and open itslearning. They need to have ThinkCentral running in the background for some of the links to work.
