The Clear Creek Independent School District is pleased to announce that for the fifth consecutive year, the District has been selected as one of The Houston Chronicle Top Workplaces. The District also ranked eighth out of 150 top places to work in Houston, which is nine spots higher than last year.
“What an honor to receive this designation again,” said Dr. Greg Smith, CCISD Superintendent. “It is special because the judges are our 5,366 employees, who indicate they believe the District continues to move forward and strives to be a visionary leader in education.”
The Top Workplaces in Houston are determined based solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. The survey shows CCISD employees are happy with the District’s direction, have confidence in their leader and believes CCISD operates with strong values and ethics.
The Houston Chronicle published the complete list of Top Workplaces on November 3, 2016. For more information about the Top Workplaces lists and WorkplaceDynamics, please visit www.topworkplaces.com.
