CCISD Purchasing Department Mission

The Clear Creek Independent School District Purchasing Department is a support organization within the district responsible for providing vital procurement and contract administration services for all instructional and administrative departments.

The goal of the department is to work collaboratively with each stakeholder to obtain the best value for all required goods and services. We strive to foster an environment of fairness, competition and integrity all in accordance with state and federal laws, district policies, good business practices, and the Purchasing Code of Ethics.


Location and Office Hours

The Clear Creek Independent School District Purchasing Office is located at 2145 West Nasa Blvd., Webster, TX  77598. The phone number is (281)284-0211, and our fax number is (281) 284-9913. Please do not send any unsolicited facsimiles. 

Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday from August through May. Summer hours during the months of June and July are 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and closed on Friday. During the school year, the office is closed on designated holidays.
